SHIPPING POLICIES

The delivery costs depend on the value of the products ordered (minimum order value excluding delivery costs, depots and credits). The delivery costs communicated in the online shop and the delivery cost guideline apply. The delivery costs are listed as an additional item in the shopping cart and on the invoice. In the case of bulky items, the customer will be contacted by us in advance to set the delivery date for an additional charge.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If products are delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or the contents, the customer must immediately complain to the delivery man and refuse to accept them, irrespective of their warranty rights. The customer is obliged to have the delivery messenger give them a confirmation of damage. All transport damage must also be reported to Steinhauser.shop immediately.
